Job summary

Bluejack Ranch is seeking an Assistant in Training to join the Golf Operations - Player Services team. You will help manage the outside services of the golf operation, from the practice area to the 1st tee, and assist with the caddie program, valet, and fleet management.

The role requires a can-do attitude, excellent communication, and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and varied hours in outdoor conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Assistant in Training / Player Services will help maintain all aspects of the golf operation’s outside services: practice area, 1 st tee operation, golf course operation, comfort stations, The Ringer, caddie program, golf car fleet management, outside staffing operation, and valet.

• This is a full-time job that will include weekends, weekdays, and Holidays. Schedule is flexible as business dictates.
