Job summary

Bluejack Ranch in Aledo, Texas, is seeking a dedicated Player Services team member to support the golf outside services operation for our new Tiger Woods design course. This is a full-time role in a hands-on, member-focused environment.

The role requires a High School Degree and a valid driver’s license. You will maintain practice areas, 1st tee operations, and course amenities, assist with staffing, valet, cart fleet, and lessons, and work outdoors in all weather with a schedule that includes

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of practice area and 1st tee operations.
• Support golf course operation, comfort stations, retail, lessons, and caddie program.
• Help manage golf car fleet, outside staffing, valet, club repair, and Performance Center.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high levels of member and guest service.

At Bluejack Ranch, we strive to create exceptional lifestyle experiences for our members, guests and their family and we are excited to be growing our leadership team with the addition of Player Services who will help curate the golf operation of our new Tiger Woods design golf course.

The role – Player Services will be to assist in the maintenance and management of all aspects of the golf outside services operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Maintain and assist in the following areas and associated staff members: practice area, 1 st tee operation, golf course operation, comfort stations, The Ringer, retail, lessons, club fitting, caddie program, golf car fleet management, outside staffing operation, valet, club repair and Performance Center.
