Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking and at heights greater than 4 feet.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand needs and support shopping.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Support team with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned.
