Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Underground Electrical Supervisor at the Goldrush operation to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment both surface and underground. You will supervise electrical crews and contractors and collaborate with other departments to keep operations safe and productive.

This role emphasizes a proven safe work history, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a demanding mining environment.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Eight (8) years' experience working in an underground mining environment required
• Proven safe work history required
• Ability to work effectively with all departments in a team environment required
• Excellent communication skill required
• Knowledge of hoisting systems, conveyor systems, ventilation systems, pumping systems, and communication systems preferred
• Strong computer skills required
• Ability to perform all essential functions of this position required
