Job summary

Syngenta Seeds Field Crops in Lisle, IL is seeking a Brand Marketing Intern as part of the Emerging Talent Program. You will support brand, channel and farmer objectives, conduct market research, and help create targeted marketing content while gaining hands-on experience in a global agriculture company.

We welcome students pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date after December 2027, who are eligible to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; pursuing a Bachelor's degree with graduation date on or after Dec 2027.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead, be self-directed, and work as part of a team.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with Lisle, IL or remote work for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Implement Brand, Channel and Farmer objectives.
• Conduct Customer & Market Research to gather Farmer insights and market trends.
• Create audience-tailored marketing content aligned with brand and product strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and territory opportunity information; maintain CRM data.
• Build and maintain project timelines; ensure on-time delivery of campaign materials and event resources.
• Assist in planning and executing key summer brand events and activities.
• Develop basic product knowledge.

Syngenta's Golden Harvest Seeds Marketing Team is seeking a Brand Marketing Intern in Lisle, IL.

As part of Syngenta's Emerging Talent Program, you will gain hands-on experience, exposure to day-to-day business operations, and opportunities to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges while developing your professional skills.

Accountabilities:

• Implement Brand, Channel and Farmer objectives

• Provide market intelligence and territory opportunity information; maintain CRM data as part of the process.

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline, with a graduation date on or after December 2027.
• Requires developed specialized skills, or a breadth of skills, through job-related training, on-the-job experience, and coursework.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Desired Qualifications:

• A demonstrated passion for agriculture and food production is a definite asset.
• Knowledge of marketing processes, data insights and analytics, agronomics, general cropping practices, agricultural technology and trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,comprisingstrong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, be self-directed, and work as part of a team.
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S., with a work location in Lisle, IL, or remotely for the right candidate.

Salary for this position ranges between $20 - $45 hourly.
