• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline.
• 12+ years leading technical analysis teams in complex environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate across boundaries and translate objectives into actions.
• Deep knowledge of government space and ground mission architectures.
• Proven track record in staff development and building teams.
• Executive communication skills for senior customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic integrator for GDA Chief Engineer systems engineering efforts.
• Orchestrate enterprise integration from MBSE artifacts to analyses and supply chain strategies.
• Build strategic relationships with government customers, program offices, and industry partners.
• Lead through influence in a politically complex environment to advance mission objectives.
• Shape culture by fostering innovation and cross-functional teams.
• Manage lifecycle of complex technical efforts from requirements to delivery.
• Develop the team through recruiting, onboarding, and mentorship.
• Drive operational excellence through process refinement and compliance.
