BB Americas Bank is seeking a Gold Relationship Manager for the Brickell Branch in Miami, FL to manage a portfolio of affluent clients, drive deposits and loans, and deliver tailored banking solutions with exceptional service.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in banking or CSR, strong communication skills, bilingual in English/Spanish, and Portuguese is highly preferred. You will open/serve accounts, support lending teams, and mentor branch staff while meeting sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of banking or CSR experience.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, generate business, and achieve sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, branch operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of affluent clients and drive deposits and loans growth.
• Cross-sell banking products and services.
• Open and service personal and business accounts.
• Assist customers with deposits, loans, cards, wires, and maintenance.
• Liaise with lending teams through the loan process.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor branch team members and contribute to a high-performance environment.
• Meet or exceed sales, service, and relationship goals.
