Job summary

Gold Fields is seeking a Processing Coordinator to coordinate daily processing plant operations and mentor teams to achieve safe, efficient and reliable production. You will report to the Superintendent Processing Production and drive performance across the plant.

This Perth FIFO role involves an 8 days on / 6 days off roster with site allowances and a focus on safety, environment and cost control. Relevant PTW and safety systems experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Processing Coordinator role with gold processing exposure.
• Statutory Supervisor Certificate (Section 26).
• Strong knowledge of safety systems including PTW and critical risk management.
• ICMI Cyanide Code knowledge is a plus.
• Proven leadership, coaching and development capabilities.
• Strong communication and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily processing plant operations and crews to safe, efficient production.
• Provide visible safety leadership and ensure PTW compliance and risk controls.
• Drive budgeted production, tonnes treated, gold produced and plant recovery.
• Mentor and develop operations personnel through regular feedback and PM processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance, metallurgy and site teams to minimise downtime.
• Identify CI initiatives to improve safety, stability and cost efficiency.
