Qualifications

• Self-starter who works independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with shifting and adapting to production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and monitor crushing, processing, and refining equipment.
• Perform basic mechanical tasks as trained and needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and complete pre-shift inspections.
• Record written and DCS logs precisely and orderly.
• Communicate with other operators to coordinate operating strategies.
• Support development of other department personnel.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and environmental policies.
