Job summary

Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (JEI) is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server for Gold Dust West Elko. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced gaming environment.

This role supports a guest-centric dining experience and adheres to TIPS and responsible alcohol service policies, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and cash handling skills.
• Knowledge of Infogenesis & Patron systems helpful.
• Identification that establishes identity.
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.
• Registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with menu items, prices, hours, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean work area and present positive customer service.
• Provide service to guests while dining.
• Assist Busser in pre-bussing of tables.
• Set up or close of wait station.
• Clean stations and tables.
• Complete daily side work.
• Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property.
• Practice TIPS awareness and responsible serving of alcohol.
