Job summary

Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Grille Server to work at Gold Dust West Carson City, delivering friendly service and handling orders in a busy dining room.

You will input orders into the POS system, provide quality customer service, and uphold the Five Sensing standards while adhering to liquor policies and food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong communications skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Basic computer knowledge and cash handling skills.
• Knowledge of Infogenesis & Patron systems helpful.
• Identification that establishes identity.
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ orders and input them into our POS system.
• Give good customer service according to our core standards.
• The concept of "Five Sensing" is practiced daily by the Server.
• Follows all department policies and complies with all state liquor laws.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitary procedures.
