Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (JEI) is seeking a Grille/F&B Supervisor at Gold Dust West Carson City in Carson City, NV. The role supports a busy dining operation within a renowned entertainment property.

Responsibilities include maintaining service excellence, quality, sanitation, and staff training while contributing to overall guest satisfaction and consistent dining experiences. Opportunities for growth exist within the Jacobs Entertainment family.

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Must have strong organizational skills.
1-3 years related experience and/or training.
