Job summary

Porsche Princeton is seeking one exceptional Porsche Gold or Silver Certified Technician to join our growing, family-owned dealership in Princeton, NJ. Experienced Audi and Volkswagen technicians may also be considered based on qualifications. A sign-on bonus may be available for qualified Porsche Bronze, Silver, or Gold Certified

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive service technician experience.
• Porsche Gold or Silver Certification strongly preferred.
• Porsche experience required; Bronze Certified technicians are encouraged.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, engine repair, and drivability skills.
• ASE certifications preferred; advanced ASE credentials are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work efficiently and accurately in accordance with Porsche and dealership standards.
• Complete work specified on repair orders while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and documentation.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and related components.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding required repairs, additional service recommendations, and estimated completion times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and contribute to an efficient team environment.
• Stay current on Porsche technology, repair procedures, service campaigns, and technical training.
