Job summary

instinctools is seeking a Technical Lead (Golang) for a cargo services project. You will guide a small team of 5–6 engineers, balancing about 60% hands-on coding with 40% architectural governance.

Responsibilities include removing blockers, planning, preparing architectural artifacts for the Architecture Committee, and coordinating with platform teams and cross-functional stakeholders to scale the service in a distributed microservices environment using Kafka.

Qualifications

• 7+ years backend engineering in Go for high-load systems.
• Experience with microservices in distributed architecture.
• Ability to prepare architectural artifacts for architecture review committees.
• Technical leadership of 3-7 engineers.
• Experience with cross-platform teams (backend + mobile + QA).

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team (5-6 engineers) with 60% hands-on coding and 40% management.
• Remove blockers, participate in estimation and planning, support Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare architectural artifacts and proposals for Architecture Committee.
• Coordinate with platform teams and other stakeholders.
• Drive scalability by adopting proven practices from other teams.
• Act as a change agent and drive improvements.
