Job summary

Polaris Industries is seeking a tool and inventory attendant to support maintenance operations. You will manage tool distribution, crib inventory, data entry in UpKeep, and link parts to work orders for cost tracking.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, analyzing usage, and supporting maintenance planning in a dynamic facility environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and tool distribution.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfortable standing and moving all day.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tools and receipts; maintain accurate stock records.
• Manage Crib and inventory items; link to work orders for cost tracking.
• Coordinate with Vendors and sourcing for parts.
• Enter data in UpKeep and maintain maintenance records.
• Analyze consumption patterns to support planning.

5. Maintain proper stock levels for tools, spare parts, and critical inventory items


6. CMMS and Data management


7. Enter, update, and maintain parts records, and inventory data in UpKeep


8. Link parts to maintenance work orders for cost tracking


9. Analyze consumption and usage patterns
