• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and database creation and maintenance is essential. Strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage recruitment and scheduling for the Division III Men’s Soccer program.
• Teach activity classes and support a second assignment within Athletics.
• Travel coordination for out-of-town contests and events.
• Assist Head Coach with budgeting, fundraising, and program administration.
• Support development of student-athlete skills and compliance with NCAA rules.
• Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively during emergencies.
