Qualifications

• 2+ years as a developer, GTM engineer, or in a technical solutions role.
• Deep hands-on experience with GTM tooling.
• Comfort with data infrastructure concepts: ETL, reverse ETL, CDPs.

Responsibilities

• Deploy into Attio's highest-value customers to architect and deploy a best-in-class GTM stack.
• Lead and execute time-boxed build projects, delivering real working products.
• Collaborate with customer success managers as a technical counterpart.
