Qualifications

  • 5+ years in client relationship management generating growth and sales.
  • Ability to translate GTM strategy and priorities into campaigns and activations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to run campaigns, track lead conversion, and optimize processes.
  • Familiarity with government contracting.

Responsibilities

  • Craft, launch, and refine lead generation and pipeline development campaigns aligned to priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing to activate inbound leads from campaigns and GTM activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conversion, and stakeholder adoption; escalate gaps.
  • Support direct to customer sales when needed with demos and next steps.
  • Provide insights on lead movement, conversion metrics, and deal origination connectivity.
  • Represent GTM at Forge events to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Attend industry events to support lead generation and pipeline shaping.
  • Serve as connector between prospects and the right SMEs, sales leaders, or accounts.
  • Deliver Forge activations and shape event agendas for pipeline impact.

We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Pipeline Manager to strategically strengthen how AFS develops, activates, and converts pipeline, serving as a critical connector across cross- funtional stakeholders such as account teams, capabilty experts, sales leadership marketing and more . Serve as an on the ground connector for deal origination, helping generated leads turn into qualified opportunities by connecting prospects to the right capability SMEs, Sales leaders, and account teams. Act as a strategic partner across GTM stakeholders to ensure GTM sales enablement collateral, activations, and strategies reach the right teams and are effectively adopted to create material business growth.

The work:

  • Craft, launch, and refine lead generation and pipeline development campaigns aligned to priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing to receive, activate, nurture, and track inbound leads generated from campaigns and broader GTM activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conversion effectiveness, and stakeholder adoption, escalating if there are gaps in ownership.
  • When necessary, take an active hand in supporting direct to customer sales ( i.e. equipping Sales Team with product demo, attending customer demo, and actively prompting next steps / actions).
  • Provide insights on lead movement, conversion metrics, and fingerprints on sales outcomes. On-the-Ground Deal Origination & Connectivity
  • Represent GTM at The Forge , our innovation showcase space, during Events and Experiences to generate leads, engage prospects, and drive conversion conversations.
  • Attend key Industry events to support lead generation and effective shaping and advancement.
  • Serve as the connector between prospects and the right capability SMEs, Sales leaders, or account teams to advance deals.
  • Deliver Forge-specific GTM activations and support the shaping of event agendas to maximize pipeline impact.
  • Support scaling or iteration of GTM activations and collateral to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across stakeholders, based on insights from the field. Stakeholder Partnership & GTM Enablement .
  • Drive adoption and activation of GTM collateral, sales enablement tools, and strategic messaging across sales and growth stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Proactively identify where across the business we should deploy our GTM collateral and activations to maximize customer engagement, lead generation, and deal differentiation.
  • Engage across the business to support pipeline advancement initiatives .
  • Partner with GTM, Sales, and Accounts to ensure pipeline processes are understood, applied consistently, and continuously improved.

Here’s what you need:

  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management that produces growth and sales.
  • The ability to understand GTM strategy, sales priorities, and pipeline needs — and translate them into targeted campaigns, activations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage campaign execution, track progress, report on lead conversion, and continually optimize processes.
  • Familiarity with government contracting.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
