We’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager to architect the infrastructure, data flows, and tech stack that powers Northspyre’s go-to-market engine—enabling Marketing, BDRs, Sales and CS to deliver a seamless, high-converting buyer journey.
This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, operations, and technology, ensuring our ICP accounts move efficiently and predictably through the funnel. You'll partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales and CS to ensure every touchpoint is measurable, well-routed, and optimized.
If you get excited about building scalable, data-driven GTM processes, experimenting with automation, and leveraging next-gen tools to eliminate inefficiencies, this is the role for you.
