Qualifications

• 1 to 4+ years in sales, appointment setting, or outbound outreach.
• Interest in go-to-market strategy and B2B growth.
• Proven ability to turn hiring signals into messaging.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify companies actively hiring for Wing's services.
• Reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM.
• Help refine messaging based on prospect feedback.
