Job summary

Urban Air Jacksonville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve attractions, repair go-karts, and ensure safe, clean operations across the facility. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, diagnostics, and adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to interpret manuals, and able to lift up to 300 lbs with assistance. Weekends are required to support busy operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; auto mechanic training or 6 months related experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Perform track and go-kart repairs and performance checks.
• Maintain go-kart performance and ensure safe operation.
• Repair equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain attractions in good condition.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and parts inventory.
• Execute weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance schedules.
