Massive is seeking a software engineer to build and maintain high-performance pricing data APIs and real-time pipelines. You will own external APIs (REST, gRPC, WebSocket) and collaborate with a lean team (<30 people) across product, support, and infrastructure. The role emphasizes ownership, learning, and sharing knowledge while shaping fintech data platforms.

You’ll work with Go, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD tools to deliver scalable services and robust data ingestion. A strong English communicator thrives in our distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Significant, demonstrable experience with Go.
• Knowledge of how services are deployed and operated in Kubernetes.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to understand complex technical and architectural issues and propose iterative solutions.
• Experience collaborating with engineers in a distributed/remote environment.
• Willingness to share knowledge and pair with others to solve issues.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and initiative.

Responsabilités

• Write reliable, high-quality, performant, and maintainable code.
• Develop and maintain external APIs for pricing data APIs (REST, gRPC, WebSocket).
• Work with data vendors to ingest new data sources and maintain real-time ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate daily with a small team and regularly with other engineering teams.
• Conduct timely code and PR reviews.
• Create comprehensive design docs communicating upcoming technology changes and architecture decisions.
• Prioritize customer care as a core element of your role.
