• Build applications processing large volumes of network data in real time;
• Design distributed systems architecture and state synchronization mechanisms;
• Analyze and optimize application, service, and data-processing performance;
• Implement integrations with data transmission and message queuing systems;
• Automate network device management and integrate solutions from various vendors;
• Build and maintain solutions running in Linux and Kubernetes environments;
• Collaborate on CI/CD processes, performance testing, and code quality standards;
• Resolve complex system performance, reliability, and scalability issues.

• Very good knowledge of Go;
• Very good knowledge of asynchronous Python programming with asyncio;
• Experience building multithreaded and high-performance backend applications;
• Knowledge of application profiling and optimization tools;
• Experience with static code analysis tools such as mypy and golangci-lint;
• Ability to create unit, integration, and performance tests;
• Focus on dependency security, vulnerability management, and reproducible build processes;
• Very good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and the L2/L3/L4 network model;
• Experience with IPv4, IPv6, VLAN, MTU, packet fragmentation, and network traffic analysis;
• Knowledge of telemetry protocols such as IPFIX, NetFlow, and sFlow;
• Ability to analyze network traffic using PCAP files;
• Experience automating network device configuration for Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or Palo Alto;

• Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka;
• Experience with columnar or time-series databases such as ClickHouse;
• Practical knowledge of application profiling and resource-use optimization;
• Experience with load testing and high throughput;
