Job summary

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company advancing U.S. and allied military capabilities with AI, vision, and autonomous systems. We are hiring for a role in Battlespace Awareness Command and Control Software to build high‑fidelity vehicle dynamics models and real‑time threat prediction tools.

You will work in a small, collaborative team applying cutting-edge algorithms, simulations, and control systems to mission-critical challenges. A US Secret clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in algorithm design, software development, and mathematical modeling with Python and MATLAB (C/C++ optional).
• Experience in guidance, navigation, and control, trajectory prediction, and vehicle dynamics modeling.
• Exposure to resource modeling and control in command and control environments.
• Strong applied math in linear algebra, optimization, and statistics for physics-based modeling.
• Familiarity with path planning and graph search algorithms; ML applied to planning/decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on in a small team for modeling, simulation, and control systems.
• Develop high-fidelity models of vehicle dynamics and interceptor performance for real-time decisions.
• Implement resource models to inform asset tasking and allocation.
• Build physics-based simulations and mission engineering tools for validation across scenarios.
• Develop trajectory prediction and state estimation to forecast asset movements.
• Tailor models for mission-critical use cases, including interceptor performance and threat prediction.
• Integrate modeling tools into the command and control stack from requirements to testing.
• Translate progress into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
