Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced GNC Engineer to support a leading aerospace and defense organization in Seal Beach, CA. The role focuses on GN&C algorithm development, 6‑DOF simulations, and flight software in MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++.

You will work across engineering, software, avionics, and test teams to drive development through flight testing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, strong MATLAB/Simulink and programming skills, and an active Tier 5

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM discipline is required.
• Hands-on GN&C algorithm development experience required.
• MATLAB and Simulink expertise in high‑fidelity simulations.
• 6‑DOF modeling/simulation experience with vehicle dynamics.
• Active Tier 5 TS/SCI clearance and onsite Seal Beach work is required.

• Design, develop, and validate GN&C algorithms for aerospace vehicles.
• Develop high‑fidelity 6‑DOF simulations for dynamics and performance analysis.
• Develop and integrate GN&C flight software using MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++.
