Design, develop, simulate, and validate guidance, navigation, and control algorithms and flight software for spacecraft, hypersonic, re-entry, and autonomous vehicle systems. Build high-fidelity 6-DOF simulations and support integration, verification, flight testing, troubleshooting, and development of related analysis and test materials.
Requires at least five years of relevant aerospace engineering experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field, hands-on GN&C algorithm development, MATLAB/Simulink expertise, and experience developing 6-DOF simulations. Candidates must have an active Tier 5 TS/SCI clearance and be willing to work fully onsite in Seal Beach, California; software development and aerospace vehicle systems experience are also required.
