Boeing is seeking a Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer (Associate, Mid-Level, or Lead) to join our team at Hill AFB, UT or Layton, UT. The role involves GNC design, development, integration, and testing for defense systems, with exposure to simulation methods and inertial instruments.

Ideal candidates have strong GNC or control systems coursework and experience, with opportunities for growth within Flight Engineering and collaboration across Boeing enterprise.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering/Engineering Technology/CS/Math/Phys or related field.
• Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience or coursework in control systems or GNC system design

Mansioni

• Gather system level requirements for guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) sustainment requirements definition
• Perform and document analysis of GNC systems, simulations, models, and tools
• Support reviews, analyses, simulations, and component/system testing to meet customer requirements
• Support testing and troubleshooting of sustainment related products/service anomalies
• Participate in Minuteman III Guidance efforts to sustain or surpass End of Life (EOL)
• Works under direction of senior engineers, under general direction, or independently
