Insight Global is seeking GNC Engineers across Mid to Principal levels to support advanced aerospace and defense programs in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on developing guidance, navigation, and control solutions for complex flight systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GNC, controls, modeling/simulation, or flight systems.
• Background in aerospace, electrical, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, or C++.
• Understanding of control systems, dynamics, or navigation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems.
• Build and work with modeling & simulation environments (MATLAB/Simulink or similar).
• Support development of flight control algorithms, autopilot logic, or trajectory analysis.
• Contribute to system performance analysis, validation, and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on system integration.
