Job summary

Complete Care at Springbrook is hiring a CNA-1 (GNA) to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. Full-time or part-time options across all shifts are available, with PRN/per diem also offered.

The role focuses on personal care, mobility support, vitals monitoring, feeding, living assistance, companionship, and precise documentation. We seek compassionate, dependable caregivers ready to collaborate with co-workers in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be certified to work in Maryland as a CNA-1 (GNA).
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and references.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Support mobility: reposition, transfers, in-bed and chair transfers, safe movement.
• Monitor vitals and report health changes.
• Assist with meals and hydration to ensure adequate intake.
• Perform living assistance: bed making, room tidying, activity participation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document care accurately in the facility's software.
