Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals and weight; report changes in health
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals and fluids
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and encourage participation in activities
• Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional support
• Document: Enter care information into our software system
