Complete Care at Severna Park is seeking a CNA-1 (GNA) to provide compassionate care to residents. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor health, support mobility, and document care in our software system.

• Certified to work in Maryland as a CNA-1 (GNA)
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references, and medical eval

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, bed mobility and safe walking
• Monitor vitals and report changes in health
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Make beds, tidy rooms, and encourage participation in activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care using our software system

(GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant)

• $3,000 Sign On Bonus FT 2nd Shift

• $1,500 Sign On Bonus FT 1st or 3rd Shift

• FT & PT Positions - All Shifts

• +$2/hr 2nd shift, $1/hr 3rd Shift, $1/hr 1st Shift Wknds

• Referral Bonus: $1,000 FT & $500 PT

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
