Job summary

Orca Bio seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead our Sacramento facility's warehouse operations, ensuring GMP-compliant handling of materials for clinical and commercial cell therapies. You will drive accuracy in inventory, oversee receipt, storage, and kitting, and ensure timely material delivery to production areas.

You will manage a 5-7 person team, partner with cross-functional groups, and implement processes to support scalable growth while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with GMP/WMS/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with GMP, document management, electronic batch records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring GMP/GTP/GDP compliance.
• Maintain inventory records and lead cycle counts.
• Manage material receipt, storage, and control.
• Coordinate material kits and staging for production.
• Lead a team of 5-7 material handlers; drive training.
