Job summary

Orca Bio is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities to oversee the operations and maintenance of their Sacramento site. This role entails managing service providers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting budgetary development.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience in facility management within a GMP environment. A competitive salary of $125,000 - $165,000 per year is offered, along with additional benefits including equity, insurance, and subsidized meals.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in facility operations and management in a GMP environment.
• Experience in the cell therapy, biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility.
• Manage service provider relationships and quality of services.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support development and management of the facility’s budget.
• Plan and coordinate facility-related projects.
