Job summary

Talentify is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, inventory control, material movement, and shipping in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and organization in a fast-paced facility in Hayward, CA.

In this contract position, you will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform cycle counts, transfer materials, and prepare shipping documentation while maintaining strict SOP and GMP adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments and outbound orders.
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship materials to support production schedules.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory verification.
• Transfer materials between warehouse and production using inventory systems.
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Support warehouse organization, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Assist with workflow coordination and prioritization in receiving operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and company safety standards.
