Job summary

Kashiv BioSciences, LLC seeks a Utility Operator / Mechanic to ensure safe, reliable operation of facility utility systems in a GMP environment in New Jersey. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain critical systems, coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

The role is onsite 5 days/week (9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST) with responsibilities spanning WFI, AHUs, boilers, HVAC, and utility water systems, including thorough documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated manufacturing.
• GMP/GxP environment experience.
• NJ Boiler Operator license where applicable.
• CMMS and building management systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and inspect facility utility systems including WFI and AHUs.
• Monitor BMS/FMS and utility performance for reliability.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain records for audits.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance.
