Job summary

Kashiv BioSciences, LLC is seeking a Facility and Engineering Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance, reliability, and performance of facility and utility systems supporting manufacturing and business operations. You will supervise maintenance staff and coordinate preventive and corrective programs to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years in biotech/pharma/medical device settings.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or team-leading experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, reliability, and performance of facility systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors; coordinate preventive and corrective programs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and company standards.
