Qualifications

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain HVAC, chilled water, potable water, electrical, BMS, compressed air, and nitrogen systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot utility systems and implement repairs.
Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and cGMP requirements.
Document work using CMMS.
Support validation and commissioning activities.
Maintain logs and audit-ready documentation.
Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
Skills
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

CMMS and BMS system usage
Interpretation of P&IDs and technical drawings

Education
Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience
