Forge Biologics in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an Associate Manager of GMP Support for Tubing Assembly to lead manufacturing activities supporting GMP operations. You will own tubing assembly processes, write and revise documentation, and partner with QA and other functions to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires deep GMP knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor a manufacturing team in a fast-paced biologics environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, technical, engineering, or manufacturing field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in GMP manufacturing or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience with deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and quality systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day tubing assembly activities to ensure accurate, compliant production.
• Serve as SME for tubing assembly processes, equipment, materials, and manufacturing support.
• Design, develop, and implement tubing assemblies meeting GMP requirements.
• Maintain controlled GMP documentation and reflect current processes.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance on investigations and CAPAs.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance development for team members.
