Job summary

Adare Pharma Solutions in Vandalia, Ohio seeks a Training Supervisor to develop, execute, and continuously improve training programs for Production operations. This working leader role combines curriculum development, qualification activities, and on-the-floor coaching to ensure staff are trained, qualified, and compliant with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education or related Sciences & Engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing experience, or HS diploma with 8+ years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects, programs, teams, or training initiatives.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical, medical device, food, or related industries.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Veeva.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing training curricula, qualification programs, and instructional materials.
• Experience facilitating classroom and on-the-job training.
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and documentation practices.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement solutions.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and employee development skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to influence and lead across multiple functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises and develops direct report(s), providing coaching, prioritization, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Provides leadership for Manufacturing training initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational, quality, and compliance objectives.
• Develop and maintain training dashboards, metrics, and reports to monitor program effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and provide actionable insights.
• Establishes training priorities based on business needs, operational performance, compliance requirements, investigations, deviations, and CAPA activities.
• Lead and expand advanced training opportunities, including train-the-trainer programs, vendor-sponsored learning events, cross-functional & cross-site collaborations, and SOP reviews.
• Own site-level Veeva Training administration, including system management, user support, training assignments, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead training compliance readiness activities and serve as the primary resource during audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments related to training systems, records, and processes.
• Maintains an active presence on the manufacturing floor to assess training effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and support personnel development.
• Acts as a hands-on resource to management, subject matter experts, and operators.
