Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a cGMP Manufacturing Training Specialist 2 at our Cherokee site in St. Louis to design, develop, and lead staff training programs within GMP Operations.

You will oversee training curricula, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement of systems and delivery methods while collaborating cross-functionally with Operations and QA teams. This role emphasizes both system management and hands-on training facilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or any scientific discipline.
• 2+ years in a pharmaceutical GMP operations environment.
• 2+ years in a training role or 3+ years in a training role.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on GMP/GDP standards, safety and quality best practices.
• Led comprehensive onboarding and delivered training for Operations staff.
• Partner with Operations managers to design and manage training programs.
• Design robust GMP training programs and continuously refine instructional methods.
• Lead Train the Trainer initiatives to expand training knowledge.
• Serve as an Operations Training SME during audits and inspections.
