Job summary

Kite Pharma is seeking a Technical Trainer for our Frederick, Maryland site. The role focuses on developing training documentation, coordinating curricula, and delivering hands-on and instructor-led training within a cGMP manufacturing environment.

The position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, requiring collaboration with multiple departments to implement Kite policies and procedures and ensure tracking of training records and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's with related experience as stated in the job description.
• Experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training documentation using SOPs and SME input.
• Deliver instructor-led and on-the-job training with demonstrations and practice.
• Coordinate curricula and training records with stakeholders.
• Maintain LMS assignments and training records in the system.
• Ensure alignment of procedures with training materials and SOPs.
• Provide regular updates on training activities and metrics.
