Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Supply Chain Planner 2 to support GMP purchasing and planning, ensuring materials are available at the right time and quantity to back process validations and production.

The role uses SAP ERP with MRP, collaborates across suppliers, internal teams, and sites to establish master data, SOPs, reports, and material plans as the site scales toward commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of supply chain experience or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years.
• GMP regulation experience preferred.
• SAP S4/HANA or other SAP ERP experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and data management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material purchasing and supplier engagement for MRP planning.
• Follow up on material delivery and release for process production.
• Ensure material availability by communicating with vendors and internal customers.
• Coordinate flow of materials and information across suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.
• Resolve issues related to material availability with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and effective communication.
