Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Warehouse Associate 2 to support receiving, storage, and distribution of materials in a GMP facility. You will work with SAP ERP for inventory movements and shipping, following SOPs and GMP guidelines.

The role involves operating powered industrial trucks, performing cycle counts, and collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Process Sciences. Travel up to 10% and adherence to safety walks are expected.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience in warehouse/production.
Associate's degree in Life sciences with 0+ years experience in manufacturing.
Equivalent Military training and experience.

Responsibilities

Unload/load materials at receiving and shipping docks, including sample shipments.
Move materials for manufacturing: Drug Substance, Drug Product, Finished Goods, Raw Materials.
Use SAP ERP to issue goods, receipts, pick, and ship items.
Document warehouse activities following SOPs and GMP guidelines.
Perform cycle counts and bin checks in SAP for inventory management.
Operate PIT equipment and work at heights up to 30 feet.
Participate in GEMBA and safety walks; support qualification activities.
Interface with Raw Material Sampling and Weigh/Dispense teams.
Travel up to 10% as required.
