Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Technician in Indianapolis, IN to keep assigned areas clean and orderly within a GMP environment. The role requires following verbal and written instructions, effective communication, and teamwork to complete tasks safely.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, following SOPs, completing daily logs, and being trained in gowning and sanitization for the area. The position may involve shift work and site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Complete daily logs.
• Order and use PPE and sanitization procedures.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
