Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Tech to maintain clean and orderly areas within GMP. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and precise execution of daily cleaning and sanitization tasks to support customer satisfaction and GMP compliance.

The incumbent will follow written and verbal instructions, wear appropriate PPE, and participate in training certifications to ensure consistent, high-quality results across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks in a GMP environment.
• Maintain clean work area and respond to supervision.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, and customers.
• Complete daily logs and training certifications as required.
• Assist with shift duties and cover in case of staff shortages.
