Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, quality, and safety.
• Basic math skills including measurements, calculations, and conversions.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for prioritizing tasks.
• Dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• Willingness to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation & facility operations: wash dishes and utensils; clean labs and facilities; manage waste and sanitation logs.
• Maintain production and lab cleanliness per SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Prepare equipment and work areas for production; support batch processing.
• Assist with inventory, labeling, and material handling.
• Cross-train into remediation, distillation, isolation, blending, and formulation.
• Document sanitation checks and equipment status diligently.
