Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Technician to maintain clean, compliant areas within a GMP setting. The role requires following safety procedures and effectively communicating with team members.

The technician will perform repetitive tasks, maintain logs, and train in gowning and safety procedures to ensure a GMP-controlled environment. The position supports a 2-on/2-off/3-on shift cycle with hours from 6 pm to 6:30 am and a pay rate of $21–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

• Maintain clean work area.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems and the environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a GMP environment.
• Complete daily FN logs accurately and completely.
• Must be trained and certified in correct gowning procedures for assigned area.
• Complete all basic training modules and annual qualification trainings per customer SOPs.
