Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Tech to keep assigned areas clean and orderly within GMP, following written and verbal instructions. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and proper gowning and PPE usage.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, completing logs, and supporting the shift lead with punch-list items, while ensuring professional communication with all levels. Prior basic training and safety certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical use.
• Completion of safety training and basic certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Work in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a GMP environment.
• Maintain a clean work area and sanitize areas as needed.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, and coworkers.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Complete daily FN logs accurately and completely.
• Be trained and certified in gowning procedures for the area.
