Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, life sciences, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in customer service, account management, or operations.
• Prior experience supporting GMP regulated clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• GMP Account Ownership: be the main contact for strategic life sciences accounts.
• Quality & compliance: support GMP, GDP, FDA standards and documentation.
• Reporting & communication: lead performance reviews and KPI sharing.
• Customer education & issue resolution: advise on regulated logistics best practices.
