Job summary

Ratio Therapeutics, based in Utah, is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist to develop GMP manufacturing processes for radiopharmaceuticals and to lead technology transfer to internal and external sites.

The candidate should have a PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in radiopharmaceutical production, cGMP, and regulatory writing. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $165,000 annually, with location in Salt Lake City area.

Qualifications

PhD in life sciences with 4+ years of relevant industry/academic experience.
Experience with radioactive materials is required.
Proven experience in radiopharmaceutical production process development.
Detailed working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
Experience with project management and coordinating external CROs/CDMOs is a plus.
Strong technical and regulatory writing aptitude.

Responsibilities

Independently develop and optimize radiopharmaceutical production processes to support lead compounds.
Lead technology transfer of early-phase production to GMP-scale methods.
Design and execute phase-appropriate process development strategies for tech transfer and regulatory filings.
Serve as main contact for manufacturing process transfer to internal and external sites.
Author, review, and approve MBRs, protocols, and IND/IMPD-related documents.
Lead manufacturing process training for personnel.
Ensure GMP/GLP compliance and data integrity; support inspections and CAPA.
